TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Integrity Overhead Doors. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

 1. Orders & Sales

All orders are custom or made-to-order based on your specifications. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your quote carefully before confirming your order, as we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

2. Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance is due in full upon job completion.

  • Net 30 terms are available only with prior written credit approval.

  • Late fees apply on the 31st day for approved Net 30 accounts, and on the first day past the due or installation date for all other accounts.

  • Lead times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Equipment Ownership

All equipment and parts supplied under this agreement remain the sole property of Integrity Overhead Doors and are not considered permanent fixtures or attachments to real property, regardless of installation, until payment is received in full.

 

In the event of non-payment, Integrity Overhead Doors reserves the right to repossess and remove all installed items. The customer assumes full liability for any resulting security risks, loss of belongings, or unsecured structural openings arising from such removal.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and the products we install. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and installation type and will be provided at the time of installation or at any time upon request.

Your warranty will be considered null and void if:

  • Unauthorized persons perform work, repairs, or modifications on installed items

  • The customer does not follow the operational instructions and 6-month maintenance requirements provided by our technician at installation

Service fees will apply if we determine the issue was caused by the door being closed on an object, or by failure to follow provided operational instructions

within the warranty period. When contacting us about a service issue, please share the full details of what happened. Accurate information helps us diagnose the problem correctly and resolve it as quickly as possible. Withholding or misrepresenting information may result in delayed service, additional fees, and denial of warranty coverage if a preventable cause is later discovered.

5. Reporting Issues

Any issues, defects, or concerns with delivered products or installations should be reported to our office immediately. Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly and ensures your warranty coverage remains valid.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
